2. What we process

This site has no contact form, no account system and no newsletter sign-up, so we do not collect any details you type in. The only personal data connected to this site is stored in cookies and similar technologies in your browser:

• A necessary cookie that remembers your cookie choice, so you are not asked again on every page.
• Analytics identifiers set by Google Analytics 4, and the page-view and event data linked to them — only if you accept the analytics category.
• Cookies set by Google Maps when you choose to load the embedded map, and requests to Google for YouTube cover images when you allow embedded content.

3. Purposes

• Delivering this website and remembering your cookie preference.
• Understanding, in aggregate, which pages and which of our work people look at, so we can improve the site.
• Showing the embedded map and YouTube cover images when you consent to it.

4. Legal basis

• Analytics and embedded content: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time — see section 5.
• The strictly necessary cookie: our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and honouring your choice (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Cookies

• cookie_consent (Consciouslab) — Strictly necessary, always active. Stores your cookie choice. Lifetime: 12 months.
• _ga, _ga_TPCNFJ3MSH (Google Analytics 4) — Analytics, opt-in. Distinguishes visitors and keeps session state so page views can be counted. Lifetime: up to 2 years.
• Google Maps cookies (Google LLC) — Embedded content, opt-in. Displays an embedded map. Lifetime: set by Google.
• YouTube (Google LLC) — Embedded content, opt-in. This site does not embed the YouTube player: with your consent it loads cover images from Google, and selecting one opens the video on youtube.com in a new tab, where Google's own cookies and policies apply.

Analytics and embedded content are off until you accept them. If you refuse the analytics category, nothing is requested from Google Analytics at all. Google Analytics does not log or store your IP address, and no advertising cookies are set on this site.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie preferences panel, reachable from the link in the site footer.

6. Third parties and international transfers

Google LLC processes the analytics data, and serves the embedded Google Maps content and the YouTube cover images, on our behalf. This may involve processing outside Türkiye and the EEA; Google applies its own safeguards and privacy terms to those transfers.

7. Retention

We keep no visitor or customer database from this site. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months and is then deleted automatically; Google Analytics does not retain IP addresses at all. Cookies expire on the dates set out in section 5, or earlier if you delete them in your browser.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, ask for rectification or erasure, object to processing, and request that any resulting damage be remedied. Under the GDPR you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
